Important : The RRB Teachers Recruitment Date has been extended, allowing candidates more time to apply for Railway Teacher Recruitment 2025. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is hiring 1,036 candidates for various teaching positions, and eligible applicants with BCA, B.Ed, B.Tech/B.E, LLB, BPEd, any master’s degree, M.Ed, MCA, or B.El.Ed can apply. As per the updated notification, the last date to submit applications online is now February 28, 2025, instead of the previous deadline of February 6, 2025. Applicants can pay the examination fee until February 18, 2025, and modify their application forms up to March 15, 2025. RRB Teachers Recruitment Date – Selection & Recruitment Process

Single Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Candidates must appear for a Single Stage CBT.
• The CBT includes 100 multiple-choice questions (Professional Ability, General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, and Science).
• Negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer.
• Normalization of marks will be applied if the exam is conducted in multiple sessions.

Performance Test (PT) & Teaching Skill Test (TST) (for Teaching Posts)

• Candidates applying for PGT, TGT, PTI, and Primary Teacher (PRT) posts will undergo a Teaching Skill Test.
• Weightage: 85% CBT Marks + 15% Skill Test Marks.
• Music, Craft, and Drawing Teachers: Selection will be based on CBT (60%) + Performance Test (25%) + Teaching Skill Test (15%).

Translation Test (TT) (For Junior Translator Hindi)

• Candidates shortlisted 10 times the number of vacancies will take a Translation Test.
• Minimum 60% marks required to qualify.
• Final merit list based on CBT marks only.

Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination

• Shortlisted candidates will go through Document Verification (DV).
• Verification of educational certificates, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), and other eligibility proofs.

Step 1: Create an Account

• Visit the official RRB website.
• Click on “Apply” (Create an Account / Already have an Account).
• If you applied for RRB exams in 2024, use the same login credentials.
• If you are a new user, create an account with accurate details (mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar details).
• Once created, details cannot be modified later.

Step 2: Registration Details

• Enter your Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number, SSLC/Matric Roll Number, Year of Passing, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
• Double-check before submitting as these details cannot be changed.
• You will receive an OTP on your mobile and email for verification.

Step 3: Activate Your Registration

• Enter the OTPs received on your email and mobile to verify your account.
